Shipping Information:

Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process. Our most popular shipping option is shipped via Priority Mail from the US Postal Service. Order usually delivered in 2-3 business days, however, US Postal Service does not offer its guarantee on Priority Mail Service.

Express and International shipping options are available. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

We will ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska and Hawaii via Priority Mail from the US Postal Service.

International order will be shipped by Global Express Mail Service via US Postal Service.

Return Policy:

1. A Return Authorization (RA) Number must be requested by the customer within 14 days from the date the order is received. The RA number is valid for 14 days from the date issued. All products returned without RA number or returned after the expiration date of the RA will not be issued a refund.

2. Refund will only be issued to return items in new condition and pack in its original undamage packaging with all accessories and inserts. All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

3. Refunds are made on the purchased price and any applicable sales tax of product returned less 15% restocking fee and shipping charge.

4. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the return product. We do not responsilbe for damaged or lost product in transit. A refund or exchange will not be issued for product that was not received.
